Trout or Salmon on the Grill
Ingredients
Butter
Lemon Pepper
Seasoning Salt
Chopped Onion
Cooking Instructions
1.  Leave the skin on when cleaning, but take the meat off the bone.  Will cook with the skin on.
2.  Cover meat with skim of butter.
3.  Use season salt of choice and a small amount of lemon pepper on top of the butter.
4.  Place desired amount of chopped onion on meat.
5.  Place fillet on a tinfoil boat, skin down.
6.  Cook on BBQ until meat flakes apart with fork.
